KJS United 5 Randolph 4 | Mennen Cup Semifinal

It was a wild one at Mennen Arena on Monday as N.J. No. 14 KJS United boys hockey defeated No. 13 Randolph 5-4 in the Mennen Cup semifinals! Six of the game’s nine goals came in the 1st period alone as the Rams entered the 2nd with a 4-2 lead off two goals by Shane Melly, one from Bryson Findling, and one from Keegan Melly. Eddie Brown and Maximo Rodriguez scored for KJS.

Brown would score his second goal six minutes into the 2nd and junior forward/USHL draft pick Braydon Sisco scored the game-tying goal with 3:30 left in the frame. Sisco then finished his night with a bang by scoring the game-winning power play goal with just over 2:00 remaining in regulation.

KJS will now face No. 4 Morristown-Beard in next Wednesday’s Mennen Cup final.
