Clinton Suggs delivered a clutch three-pointer at the buzzer to force overtime, then the Braves rallied from there to score a thrilling win against the Pirates. Suggs hit the go-ahead free throw in OT and finished with a game-high 24 points in the victory. Jameer Gordon played a big role down the stretch, scoring seven of his 23 points in the extra period for Williamstown (8-8). Markus Polite and Jayden Henry went for a team-high 17 points, while Frenchmon Bethea added 16 points in the loss for Cedar Creek (10-4).

Marvin McNeill has had quite the week. The senior notched his 1,000th career point in Wednesday’s win over Princeton Day, was honored pregame on Friday for Senior Night, and added a game-high 13 points to lead Lawrence (12-5) past CVC rivals Hopewell Valley (9-4). With the win, the Cardinals have now won five straight and eight of their last nine.
