Rutgers Prep 0 Pingry 0 (5-4 in PKs) | Girls | Somerset County Tournament Final
The Argonauts and Big Blue battled through 100 minutes of intense action and six rounds of penalty kicks, but it was the Argonauts who prevailed for their third-straight county championship. Binghamton commit Jordan Reigrod made two clutch saves in the shootout to set up Brenna Buraszeski’s championship-winning goal for top-ranked Rutgers Prep (16-0). USF lacrosse commit Campbell Clark-Schoeb racked up eight saves, including a big stop in round five of PKs for Pingry (11-3).

Middletown South 0 Colts Neck 0 (Eagles win 5-4 in PK’s) | Boys | Shore Conference Tournament Final
Carson Perry made his second save in penalties in the seventh round setting the stage for Luke Strada to boot home the game winner as the Eagles win their first ever Shore Conference Tournament in boys soccer with a thrilling ending. After 100 minutes of scoreless soccer, Perry made a save in the third round after the Eagles airmailed their first two kicks. Ryan Spencer gave Colts Neck a 3-2 lead before Mason Petke floated a ball in the upper right corner to tie things 3-3 setting the stage for sudden death. After both teams converted in round six, Perry and Strada delivered for the Eagles.

Manalapan 3 Trinity Hall 1 | Girls | Shore Conference Tournament Final
Olivia Ziobro had a pair of first half goals and Lyla Ottenheimer secured Manalapan’s Shore Conference Tournament title with a goal late in the second half to keep the Braves (16-0) unbeaten and become Shore champs for the first time since 1988. Trinity Hall, playing in its first Shore final, did not surrender a goal in the tournament until the #10 team in New Jersey found the net three times.

Chatham 1 Randolph 0 | Boys | Morris County Tournament Final
Marco Mannino’s 74th-minute header off an Owen Fraser corner delivered Chatham its first Morris County Tournament title since 2011 in a 1-0 win over No. 6 Randolph. The senior, a converted defender turned striker, came through with the biggest goal of his career to ignite Cougar Nation. Chatham’s defense shined all tournament long, posting four straight shutouts while knocking off Parsippany, Morristown, No. 8 Delbarton, and finally the Rams.

Pingry 3 Bernards 0 | Boys | Somerset County Tournament Final
Big Blue continued their historic dominance in Somerset County, capturing their third consecutive SCT title and a record 25th overall. Arjun Hoshing recorded a season-high two goals, while Julian Lopez sealed the victory with a penalty kick for the third and final goal of the afternoon. With the win, Pingry (14-2) adds another trophy to its storied case, handing Bernards (15-1) their first loss of the 2025 season.
