There’s plenty of Thursday night action to kick off Week Seven – so here we are! Stay tuned throughout the night as we’ve got highlights from a trio of Super Football Conference games and one more West Jersey Football League clash.


Caldwell 42 Millburn 6 | Super Football Conference

Sophomore quarterback Adam Sepe had the best game of his high school career to date as he powered the Chiefs’ offense with a career-high four touchdown performance. Sepe passed for a trio of scores and tacked on an addition rushing touchdown in the running-clock win for Caldwell (3-4). Nick Moyano had three total touchdowns of his own while Santino Russo hauled in a pair of receiving touchdowns. Millburn (3-5) has now lost four straight games.

Hoboken 28 Newark Collegiate 6 | Super Football Conference

The Red Wings are now one of a rare few of Garden State football teams to have a perfect record through Week 7. Hoboken (8-0) used the big play to their advantage as they secured an SFC National Red Division title. Devin McMillan led the charge with a three touchdown game along the way for Hoboken.

Livingston 26 Bloomfield 13 | Super Football Conference

Livingston’s rushing attack proved too much for Bloomfield on Thursday night. Junior running back Abel Paul carried the load with 26 carries for 144 yards and three touchdowns, while Christian Giordano added 85 yards on the ground and a 47-yard touchdown reception from Troy Naylor. The Lancers (5-3) earned a 26-13 road victory and have now won three straight games. With the win over Bloomfield (5-3), Livingston strengthens its playoff position and is closing in on its first home postseason game since 2008.

Haddonfield 38 Gloucester 9 | West Jersey Football League

The Bulldawgs showed no signs of a letdown after a big rivalry win a week ago with a decisive victory in divisional action with the Lions. Brody Leonard rushed for 147 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the victory. Van Lefakis tossed a pair of touchdowns, while Cormac Flanagan had two total touchdowns for Haddonfield (5-2). The Haddons entered Week 7 in a four-way tie and kept themselves in the hunt for the WJFL Continental Division title. Ibby Hudwell ran for a touchdown and added an interception on defense in the loss for Gloucester (4-3).
