The Jersey Sports Zone team brings you three more great games from around the state including an epic battle between Rutgers Prep and Immaculata in a national level girls thriller!

Rutgers Prep 2 Immaculata 1 (2OT) | Girls

The No. 1 ranked team in America was pushed to the brink but found a way to win in heroic fashion. Columbia commit Alexa Lee’s 97th minute free kick had just enough muscle and bend to it that it beat the keeper for an incredible double-overtime finish. Lee also assisted on the other Rutgers Prep (10-0) goal, which was scored by Sandra O’Neill in the second half. Sabrina Karoly’s Olympico goal was the lone tally for Immaculata (10-3) in the loss. The Argonauts are the consensus No. 1 ranked girls soccer team in the country and are now on a 36-game win streak.
