CBA 11 Red Bank Catholic 1 (5 Innings) | Non Public A South Final

The Colts erupted for eight runs in the first inning highlighted by a three run double by Dylan Reynholds and Danny Russo added a three run homer in the fourth to set the table for Shane Langan to get the final three outs in the fifth inning and secure CBA’s first section title since 2015.  The Colts will face Don Bosco Prep for the Non Public A state championship on Wednesday at Hamilton Veteran’s Park.

Gloucester Catholic 5 Bishop Eustace 1 | Non Public B South Final

Jude Morgan tossed six shutout innings with four striketouts to guide the top-seeded Rams to its third-straight sectional championship and sixth since 2017. The junior lowered his ERA to 0.32 in the victory and hasn’t allowed a run since April 3rd. East Carolina commit Braeden Lipoff and Jack Mustaro powered the offense with two RBIs each for Gloucester Catholic (23-3). Roman Faiola drove in the lone run in the loss for second-seeded Bishop Eustace (22-7). Gloucester Catholic will go for its third-consecutive Non-Public B state championship against Pope John on Wednesday at Veteran’s Park.
