Mainland 4 Haddonfield 0 | 51st Joe Hartmann Diamond Classic Final
Miami commit Jake Lodgek tossed a five-hit shutout with nine strikeouts as the fifteenth-seeded Mustangs made history by winning their first Diamond Classic championship. Christian Madamba belted his first career home run, while Colton Donahue and Brady Arena drove in runs for Mainland (15-8). James Rowe had two hits, including a double, in the loss for Haddonfield (16-8). Mainland is the fifth Cape-Atlantic League team to win the Diamond Classic and the first since St. Augustine in 2022.

Gill St. Bernards 5 Pennington 2 | Prep “B” Final
Joey Dwek did a little bit of everything to help his Knights repeat as Prep B tournament champions. Dwek, a senior, struck out seven over six innings of work on the mound and drilled a two-run double at the plate to help Gill St. Bernard’s (11-9) pick up the win. Pennington (16-6), one of the better squads in Mercer County this year, got on the board with back-to-back RBI singles.

CBA 6 Ocean Township 3 | Shore Conference Tournament Quarterfinal
Dan Tsimbinos hit a two run double to spark a four run first inning and Shane Langan came on in relief of starter Sean Loggie to pitch three shutout innings allowing no hits, no walks and seven strikeouts to give the defending SCT champs a spot in the semifinals. CBA (18-2) will face the winner of Brick Memorial and Colts Neck on Saturday with a spot in the championship game on the line.
