JSZ brings you a pair of great matchups in girls lacrosse from the Friday slate. Notre Dame and Hightstown go to battle for a spot in the CVC Tournament title game, plus Paul VI and Southern deliver a high-scoring affair in South Jersey. Check back as the highlights are posted throughout the night!
Notre Dame 11 Hightstown 8 | Girls | CVC Tournament Semifinal
Aubrey Davis and Kate Moog each notched hat tricks, combining for six of the Irish’s 11 goals. Senior goalie Riley Carr had a huge milestone, recording her 100th career save. Notre Dame (14–2) extended its win streak to nine games and snapped Hightstown’s (9–4) eight-game streak. The Irish also preserved their 15+ year winning streak (in Girls Lacrosse) against the Rams, earning two victories over them in the 2025 season. Notre Dame will face No. 1 seed Allentown on Tuesday in the CVC Tournament Final.

Paul VI 18 Southern 10 | Girls
North Carolina commit Emma McCarthy collected her 300th career point as the Eagles scored a quality win on the road in a non-conference battle with the Rams. McCarthy finished with six goals and three assists in the victory. Amelia Giordano had a ten-point day, going for five goals and five assists for Paul VI (10-1). Navy commit Delaney Falk went for a hat trick in the contest after picking up her 300th career point earlier this week. Mackenzie Sininsky also finished with a hat trick in the loss for Southern (7-4).
