Bridgewater-Raritan 7 Hunterdon Central 0
Kellen Komline’s final stat line was something to marvel at – six shutout innings, five strikeouts and just three hits allowed to cool down the Red Devils five-game win streak. Bridgewater-Raritan (7-0) is one of the state’s best so far this spring and the Panthers supported Komline with plenty of offense. Corey Rible pitched a scoreless seventh inning to secure the combined shutout against Hunterdon Central (5-3).

Ranney 11 Holmdel 7 | Monmouth County Tournament 1st Round
Curt Chropuvka went 4-4 with a homer and 5 RBI’s to lead Ranney to a come from behind win in the opening round of the Monmouth County Tournament. Ranney 7-4 in the 6th before starting a seven run rally. Nate Fuller led the frame off with a homer followed by a Ryan Costello sacrifice fly. Chropuvka’s fourth hit of the day and fifth RBI tied the game at seven. Grayson Testino put Ranney in front with an RBI single to right and Fuller added two more with his second hit of the inning followed by a double steal to cap off the onslaught.

Delsea 15 Glassboro 0 (5 Innings)
The Crusaders proved the national headlines won’t be a distraction as they cruised to their fourth-straight win in a Tri-County Conference tilt against the Bulldogs. Austin Buchanan provided the exclamation point with his first career home run and finished with a 4 RBI day at the dish. Rider commit Mike McGinley drove in a pair of runs for Delsea (7-1). Gavin Deegan delivered a gem on the mound, holding Glassboro (3-2) to just one hit over four shutout innings while racking up eight strikeouts.
