A pair of second half goals propelled the Patriots to their seventh consecutive win on Thursday. Kevin Kuriakose and Tim Bertscha buried both goals for Freehold Township (7-1) as they staved off a late comeback attempt from Marlboro (3-3-1).

East Brunswick 1 Old Bridge 0 | Girls
East Brunswick remains undefeated on the season at 10-0 following a 1-0 win over Old Bridge (5-5). The game remained scoreless until the 53rd minute when Mikayla Mandleur hit junior Theresa Steiner for a breakaway goal, the game’s only score of the day. The Bears remain as one of the last unbeaten teams in the state, outscoring opponents 24-1.

Brianna Bruner scored two goals to pace the Braves against the Mustangs. Angela Oliveto, Sarah Nasatka, Alyssa Boucher and Haily Maute also scored for Williamstown (6-2) in the win. Triton fell to (3-4) with the loss.
