Brandon Martorano’s RBI sacrifice fly in the 4th inning scored Andrea Dalatri with the winnnig run as the Colts beat the Eagles for the third time this season. CBA scored an extra innings win at Middletown South and followed that with a 3-0 triumph in the semifinals of the Monmouth County Tournament semifinals on Saturday. Luca Dalatri was the winning pitcher in the first two contests. In the third matchup, 11 runs were scored in the first four innings, followed by three scoreless frames in the final innings. Sal Morreale came on in relief to pick up the win for CBA, who faces RBC for the Monmouth County Tournament championship on Wednesday in Lakewood. Middletown South can still clinch the “A” north crown with a win against Freehold Boro on Wednesday.
