Week Six brings us another outstanding batch of nominees for Top Play captured by SSZ cameras. Four of our six nominees were game winning plays. Last week, a defensive play won Top Play honors with Manalapan’s Kyle Mullen and Joe Mendez winning the balloting. This week we have another defensive TD courtesy of Jackson Memorial and two clutch game winning field goals from Neptune and Southern Regional.
A reminder that coaches can nominate Top Play or Top Performer honors by emailing rich@shoresportszone.com. Watch the nominees below and cast your vote. Right below the Top Play poll is the Top Performer where eight more names are up for a Monmouth Building Center Game Ball. The polls will stay open until 8:00 pm on Tuesday and we’ll make Game Ball presentations this Wednesday.
