Watch some Monday Night Football Shore Sports Zone style – full highlights and post-game reaction of Southern Regional’s 19-7 win over Lacey

MANAHAWKIN – Pat Walker had two touchdown runs including a 50 yarder in the fourth quarter to put the game away to give Southern Regional a 19-7 win over Lacey on Monday night.  The game was rescheduled after rain on Saturday.  Walker got the scoring started on a 3 yard TD run that was aided by a Lacey too many men on the field penalty on fourth down.   Ryan Winkler burst through on a 45 yard TD run in the second quarter to make it 13-0 at the half.  Lacey got on the board late in the third quarter on a 9 yard TD pass from Connor Davies to Mike Bocchini, but Walker’s fourth quarter gallop sealed the deal.  Southern can reach the post-season with a win at home on Friday night against Brick Memorial.  The Rams are 4-3 on the season, while Lacey drops to 1-7.
