The Shore Regional Board of Education unanimously approved naming the field hockey field after legendary coach Nancy Williams

The school’s Athletic Director, Harry Chebookjian, said “She’s a legend. You just can’t replace her
and expect things to be the same at Shore Regional year in and year out.” Shore athletic director Harry Chebookjian said in a press release, “She has created a tradition of Field Hockey excellence at Shore Regional.”

An official ceremony will take place in early September.
