The Caseys delivered two power play goals and Ciaran McNelis was outstanding in goal to give RBC a 2-1 win over RFH on Wednesday night at the Red Bank Armory. The win snapped a six game losing skid for the Caseys. Zach Ruppert delivered a first period goal to put RBC in front 1-0. A five minute major left RFH shorthanded at the start of the second period, but the Bulldogs scored shorthanded as Eugene Croddick fed Will Catalano to tie the game at 1. The game winner came courtesy of Robert Goehring who redirected a Sean Carver pass. McNelis was outstanding in goal making a number of key saves highlighted by a stop of Conor Deverin in the third period. Watch the highlights of our US Army Hockey Game of the Week:
