Steven Karp scored with two minutes to go in the first half and PJ Ringel added one more in the 72nd minute to give Marlboro a 2-0 win over Freehold Township to earn a spot in the Shore Conference championship game. The Mustangs face #1 seed and defending champ CBA in the finals. The Colts topped Toms River North 6-2 in the other semifinal. CBA and Marlboro split the regular season series.
