LONG BRANCH – Quayniece Page broke a 30-30 tie with 15 seconds with a three pointer from the corner and the Long Branch defense secured a steal and layin at the buzzer to top Ocean Township 35-30 to win the Lady Wave Tournament. Long Branch secured wins against Keyport, Lakewood and the Spartans to claim the holiday crown. Cha’Kesha Andrews led the way with 13 points and was named to the All-Tournament team.
