In a game played at Lakewood’s First Energy Park, the Colts and Crimson Knights played like professional squads in an epic Monmouth County Tournament championship game. Brandon Martorano won it for CBA with a smash to deep center field that scored Will Morgan with the game winner, but the contest will most be remembered for a number of defensive gems in the outfield. Nick Martinez made two tremendous grabs in left field for the Crimson Knights, including one catch that saved tow runs. In right field, Wall’s Nick Maciejewski made two diving catches in the 6th and 7th innings. Not to be outdone, Cid Porter made a web gem of his own in center for the Colts. Luca Dalatri gave up 4 runs in a complete game, but struck out twelve and drove in 3 of CBA’s 5 runs at the plate. Sit back and enjoy extended highlights of a great baseball game:
