Middletown South used a 12-4 second quarter to take a three point halftime lead and erupted for 22 points in the fourth quarter to score its first road win of the year and snap a six game losing streak. Ryan Purcell scored 15 points to lead the way for Middletown South and David Gervase added 13 for the Eagles (4-12) who have doubled their win total from last year.
